Outside Patio Setup

Outside Patio set up options vary depending on the event. 

Typically includes:

couch, umbreallas, rugs, tall cocktail tables, assorted seating and end tables. Additional seating and set up options always available. Lets discuss your vision for your event!

Half Indoors
During Business Hours

This is a great option for business meetings or smaller afternoon gatherings that require a little more privacy.

Customers will still be coming in to the cafe for regular service, but you will have a reserved semi private section for you and  your guests to enjoy.

If you choose to bring in your own outside food & beverage these standards apply to your event.

  • $100 minimum fee for use of refrigeration or entrance to the kitchen in any capacity

  • Food must be brought in pre-heated or cooled. No food can be brought in to the kitchen that was not purchased by our approved vendors and prepared by our health certified staff.

  • No re-heating or cooking in restaurant kitchen

Outside Food & Beverage Fee

$100 -  For refrigeration use

$50  - Ice chest rental - each

$150 - champagne cart- use only

$5o -  Steam food chaffers - each

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
DISCLAIMERS
  • All outside food & beverage needs to be approved before event.

  • Kitchen access & use is not included and can be added for a minimum of $100 depending on equipment needed and arranged prior to event.

  • Excess cleaning or breakage will be charged additionally after the event

  • Quiet outdoors by 8pm (residential neighborhood surrounding)

  • Removal of all existing furniture $300

  • Decorations must be approved by Northside Cafe before event date. No tape, pins, nails allowed on any surfaces.

  • Outside Decor and rental items must be picked up from venue upon conclusion of the event. Items left after contracted time frame will incur an afterhours charge for use of the space.

  • Music and noise must have a hard stop of 10pm. Any real time noise complaints will be referred to the rental client. Excess noise and non compliance to the house rules including unruly crowds and food fights will cause an immediate end to the event with no eligibility of a refund including the cost of food and beverage not yet consumed.

  • The cost of all damages caused by client or their guests will be assumed by the client booking the event. A credit card must be on file for incidentals.

UPGRADES & ADD ON'S
  • Additional seating and tables - table & chairs for 6 people - $100

  • Custom Glassware, flatware, plates & goblets - See menu

  • Servers or Bartenders $30 per hour plus tip

  • Screen and Projector, or Microphone & Speakers - $250

  • Photographer - List of preferred vendors on request

  • Floral centerpiece - seasonal wild flowers – $40

    • customized flower arrangements available at additional cost based on market price)

  • Tall boy cocktail table with linens - $35 each

  • Donut or Churro Wall - $5 per person *30 per minimum

  • Champagne Wall $5 per person *25 per minimum

  • Photo booth with prints - List of preferred vendors on request

  • Valet or golf cart guest drop off - Price varies

  • Margarita bar cart - $500 - 2 flavors - 100 90z drinks
